Shipping Policy

All orders placed before 2 PM will be delivered next day. Please note, orders placed post 2PM will be delivered in 2 days.

Delivery will be within UAE only.

We offer Free shipping on all orders above 200 AED. 25 AED shipping fee will be charged for orders below 200 AED.

Conditions for delivery:

  • Delivery within city limits only
  • Complete delivery address
  • Working UAE contact number (hotel phone number accepted)

If one of the above conditions is not met or the delivery fails due to customer concerns, the shipment will be rescheduled for the next day.

Delivery is carried out by courier service IQ Fulfillment.

You will receiving an email with courier tracking ID once the order has been shipped.

To track your order please visit courier website and enter the tracking no. that you received by an email.
